1.4742 is a rustproof, heat-resistant ferritic chromium steel with aluminum additive. Special properties Resistant to scaling up to 1000°C. Resistant to oxidizing sulphurous gases.
Applications:
Furnace fittings, transport elements, heat resistant elements of furnace.
