MEETING THE INFORMATION REQUIREMENT (GDPR)

Pursuant to art. 13 (1) and art. 13 (2) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016, I hereby inform that the Data Controller is Multistal & Lohmann sp. z o.o. with

The Contractor’s personal data shall be processed due to the necessity to execute
the agreement concluded between the Contractor and the Data Controller for the following purposes:

  • Entering into and executing the agreement. The data will be processed for a period required by the provisions of law applicable to the Data Controller,
  • Ensuring security of information. The data will be processed until termination

of the agreement with the Contractor.

The Contractor’s personal data will be processed due to legitimate interest implemented
by the Data Controller for the purpose of:

  • Ensuring security of the premises.

The Contractor’s personal data will be shared with IT systems’ providers, with which the Data Controller cooperates, and can be made available to authorised entities based
on a documented request.
The Contractor has the right to access the content of their data and the right to rectify, delete and restrict the processing of the data, the right to data portability, as well as the right to object to data processing.
The Contractor has the right to lodge a complaint with relevant supervisory authority in relation to personal data protection when they believe that the processing of personal data violates
the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016.
Providing personal data by the Contractor is a prerequisite for concluding an agreement.
The Contractor is obliged to provide this data, and failure to provide it will result in the lack
of possibility to cooperate with the Data Controller.
