Description:
Chromium-vanadium spring steel. Has low propensity for surface decarbonization and high hardenability. After thermal treatment the external layer exhibits high strength. Used for manufacturing elements working under the pressure of up to 1650 MPa. Non-weldable.
Applications:
Steel for the production of gearboxes, leaf springs and springs for equipment, machines and motor vehicles.
