Description:
Non-alloy steel for toughening, with good machinability and suitability for the mechanical cutting. Welding is possible only after preheating, although, for such structures it’s not recommended to use grades 1.0601; C60; 60. The product has high hardness and strength. Machining is difficult after hardening.
Applications:
Non-alloy structural steel for general-use elements of machine & vehicle construction, exposed to heavy stress and abrasion.
